Thankfully the weather was much cooler than Thursday when I had intended climbing this fell from Green Crag, During the walks there was a few light showers which were quite refreshing. This was another there and back walk, followed by the drive back home via Manchester (Ron's Birthday).
After a couple of false starts, I finally found Jubilee Bridge to start the walk. Apart from a few sections the track to the summit was excellent with magnificent views back to Eskdale and the Conniston Fells
