Lingmoor Fell Saturday 14th September 2019

After failing to find the link path from Side Pike to the Lingmoor ridge, this was plan B which was a direct route from Blea Tarn house up the flank of the fell.

The road from Stool End FArm to Blea Tarn car park was like a mini Hardknott pass...ridiculously narrow in places. From the car park there was a few hundred yards along the road towards Blea Tarn House, and then the path was a straightforward slog up the flank of the fell.

Great little walk to finish this penultimate adventure. Wainwright #213.

About 2 miles. OS OL 6.
