Scotland September 2019

On holiday in the magnificent Scottish Highlands. We didn't do any hiking as such, but we did do lots of short walks to Lochs , Waterfalls, Lighthouses etc.

Falloch Falls near Loch Lomond

 Glen Coe

Loch Ness

Rogie Falls (Near Strathpeffer)

John O Groats

North Coast (Dunnet Head - Durness)

Dunnet Head Lighthouse - Most Northerly point on the mainland

Strathay Point

Footpath to Strathay Point

Beach near Durness

Heading South Thurso - Loch Duich via Wester Ross and Glen Torridon

Glenmorangerery distillery - the only pic I managed - we weren't allowed during the tour

Loch Luichart

Upper Loch Torridon

Liathach - Glen Torridon

Three of the five sisters of Kintail

An awe inspiring visit to the highlands. We ended up doing 2000 miles which was tiring, so now having had a taster we will stay in one area next time and do some more detailed exploring.
