Woodside - Shipley Park June 5th 2019
A local walk today. Past the cricket ground, down to Woodside and then back across the fields and woods to the top of Bell Lane. From Bell Lane, down to Mapperley reservoir and then up to shipley hill to stop for brunch. The route then took ne across the fields, through cinderhill coppice and back to smalley via the paths installed after the opencasting. Some of the route below is approximate as the newer paths (post opencast) are not shown on the map.
