Morley Hayes to Smalley 24/09/21

Anne dropped me of at the layby near Morley Hayes Golf Course, and I then made my way back to Smalley via Morley village, Brackley Gate and Woodside.

A lovely five mile wander that combines a round walk I did from Morley Hayes last year with the second half of the Horsley Castle walk into a linear walk.

Around 5.5 miles. A nice local wander which I will definitely do again.

Horsley Castle 21/09/21

 This is the same walk I have done locally a few times. This time I was taking detailed notes for a possible walk to go in the community group magazine. 

The 'war and peace' notes I took are going to take ages to type up !

As usual a lovely walk .
